Full Coaching Package – Hybrid (Online + In-Person)

The most complete support I offer. A mix of in-person training PLUS full access to my coaching app to guide you every day.

  • Personalised training programme in the app (updated every 4–6 weeks)

  • Form-check video feedback

  • Nutrition guidance tailored to your lifestyle

  • Daily habits, steps & routine support

  • Check-ins & progress tracking inside the app

  • Messaging support between 8am–6pm

  • Full accountability, structure & motivation

Best for: Anyone who wants coaching beyond the gym session,  structure, routine, mindset support, step goals, nutrition guidance, and a plan built fully around your lifestyle.

 

Block Book 1:1 Personal Training Sessions

  • 10 in-person 1:1 sessions to use over 8 weeks (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Priority booking slots

  • Structured progressive programme

  • Optional add-on: app support & home workouts

Online only Coaching

• Weekly check-ins for accountability, feedback & adjustments
• Form guidance and technique support via video
• Messaging support during contact hours
• Progress tracking (photos, measurements, strength data)
• Gym or home-based programme options
