Who I work with

I work with real people,  not fitness fanatics or influencers, but everyday individuals who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own skin.

Whether you’re completely new to exercise, returning after time away, or ready to take your training to the next level, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you step by step.

Many of my clients come to me because they’ve lost confidence, struggled with consistency, or simply don’t know where to start. Together, we build strength, physically and mentally, through structured training, clear guidance, and genuine support.

The Process

Starting something new can feel intimidating , but I make the process simple, supportive, and completely tailored to you.

1. Consultation – We’ll start with a relaxed chat about your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, and any injuries or worries you might have. This helps me understand what will work best for you.

2. Personalised Plan – Based on your goals, I’ll create a structured training plan that suits your ability, schedule, and confidence level  with clear guidance so you always know what to do.

3. Coaching & Support – Whether we’re training in person or following a written programme, I’ll be there to guide you through technique, progression, and mindset, making sure you feel supported every step of the way.

4. Progress & Results – You’ll start noticing changes in strength, confidence, and how you feel  both in and out of the gym. Together, we’ll review progress and keep building from there.
