Hi, I’m Natasha, a personal trainer who believes fitness should be simple, supportive, and confidence building. I’m also a mum of three and someone who’s been through my own ups and downs with weight, body image, mental health issues and motivation, so I know how intimidating starting (or restarting) your fitness journey can feel.

My approach is all about making training realistic and rewarding. I don’t believe in quick fixes or harsh routines, just structure, guidance, and genuine support that helps you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your own skin.

What I love most about my job isn’t just seeing physical changes,  it’s watching people realise what they’re capable of. When someone lifts more than they thought, moves better than they imagined, or finally feels at home in the gym… that’s the moment it all clicks.
