1:1 Personal
Training

Personalised sessions built entirely around you. I’ll guide you through each movement, helping you master technique, build strength, and feel confident in the gym. Every workout is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and comfort, with the right balance of challenge and support to keep you progressing week by week.

6 & 12 Week Programmes

Structured, easy to follow plans designed to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency. Each week is laid out clearly with guided progressions so you know exactly what to do  making it simple to stay on track and see real results at your own pace.

Hybrid
Packages

Option 1 – Beginner Starter Package
New to the gym? like the idea of having a personal trainer but can’t commit to set days or ongoing weekly costs? This 4 week face to face starter helps you learn the equipment, build confidence, and master form. You’ll then receive a tailored 6 week written plan to keep progressing independently.

Option 2 – Ongoing Hybrid Package
A mix of in-person and online training, great if you want to check form, track progress, and stay accountable without committing to fixed weekly sessions.

Group Training & Classes

Train in a fun, supportive environment where everyone is working toward feeling stronger, fitter, and more confident, together. My group sessions are designed to make fitness enjoyable and accessible for all levels, with clear guidance and a focus on good form.

You’ll be encouraged, challenged, and supported, without any pressure or intimidation. Expect varied workouts that build strength, improve mobility, and boost overall fitness while keeping things light hearted and social.
